Most of the guest rooms have a balcony (not common in this neighborhood), overlooking the ocean or the scenic neighborhood. Though modest in size, the guest rooms are chicly decorated, with splashes of color. Most guests find that the beds are extra comfortable. One thing past guests seem to agree on is the excellent service delivered by the staff. South Beach hotels are often characterized by spotty service, but the staff at the Marriott has acquired a solid reputation for their professionalism. Guests will love the direct - and easy beach access. But, the Marriott has a modest sized but nice pool area, as well.
